The Affidea Group is one of the Europe's leading out of hospital healthcare providers. The business operates diagnostic imaging, community out of hospital clinics and minor injuries centres'. We're expanding our presence in the UK, bringing advanced imaging services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray and DEXA scans, together with specialist outpatient care, all backed by decades of international clinical expertise.

The Role
We're looking for an IT Deployment & Support Engineer to play a hands-on role in getting our new London clinics up and running, then keeping them running smoothly day to day.
You'll start by supporting the technical delivery of new clinic openings, installing networks, workstations, telecoms and clinical technology, and working closely with our IT Manager, project teams, vendors and clinical staff to get each site ready to open its doors. As sites go live, your focus will shift toward ongoing IT support, maintenance and infrastructure management across our growing network of clinics.

What you'll be doing
Clinic deployment & project delivery
Support the planning, installation and commissioning of IT infrastructure for new clinics
Deploy network switches, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, PCs, laptops, printers and clinical workstations
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams during fit-out and go-live
Run pre-go-live testing and readiness checks
Infrastructure & technical support
Provide first and second-line support across multiple clinic locations
Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, mobile devices and clinical applications
Support network administration (switch configuration, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
Manage user accounts, permissions and device provisioning
Operational support & compliance
Provide onsite support during go-lives and periods of change
Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
Support endpoint management, patching and device compliance initiatives
Job requirements
What we're looking for
Experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Field Engineering
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, switching)
Experience deploying and configuring PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices
A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas
Nice to have:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Experience in healthcare, clinical or diagnostic imaging environments (e.g. RIS/PACS)
Experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager or other device management tools
Exposure to office moves, site builds or infrastructure deployment projects
